Unless otherwise pre-arranged all purchases by phone or via online store must be pre-paid in full.
Overdue Credit Customers or customers in default
In the event where your overdue account or payment default is referred to a debt collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including commission on collection of the additional costs and also including legal demand costs.
Warranty
Customers returning goods purchased from Martin Meters or www.ozcabstore.com.au under warranty must do so at buyers cost to P.O Box 393, Kilmore, Vic 3764 to be assessed for repair or replacement. A copy of the invoice must be provided as well as full return address and contact details if these are not on the invoice. Damage, misuse or incorrect installation of the product causing faults beyond reasonable wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
